Who is the judgment debtor?
A judgment debtor is the person against who a judgment has been entered which remains unsatisfied. An unsatisfied judgment is typically reflected in a credit report on a judgment debtor issued by various credit reporting agencies (such as TRW or Dun & Bradstreet). The property of the judgment debtor is subject to lien, execution and levy by the judgment creditor.
